Did 2022 feel like a whirlwind for you as well? I can’t believe we are already into the second week of the new year. Our team is deep in planning for 2023, but I thought it would be fun to give you an idea of what we did last year.
Our team traveled to Arkansas in May for the Hot Springs Association. We spent the week working hard and playing harder, and we even went digging for crystals! While we didn’t get a chance to soak, we did enjoy visiting the Hot Springs businesses! Of course, there were plenty of coffee shops and great restaurants!
Charla and I took a road trip to Indianapolis in June. We stayed in the Fisher District, which was a highlight for us. I think Torchy’s Tacos might have been Charla’s favorite! We met with the PayProTec team, where we met our partners in person. Matt’s personality quite matched our own. He keeps a Christmas Tree in his office as a reminder to always be jolly. We did a little work while we were there too. Our business partners with PayProTec for payments. They helped us wrap up some finishing touches on our payment integration and payment processing services.
We were also a vendor and sponsor of the Missouri Canoe and Floats convention in Springfield, Missouri. This is one of our hometown events we attend annually, so it feels like getting together with old friends while in town. Watch for the MCFA Roadshow this year…. Coming Soon to a location near you.
Our partnership with AARFID hit a new level this year! We are happy that our work in developing a relationship with their team over the last few years has come to fruition. We’re now able to fully power payments for other platforms with BluDPS (Digital Payment Solutions). BluDPS, Blu Gift Cards, Blu Tickets, and Blu Trails were the new products that we released to as well.
R2M2 Solutions received significant updates that are being pushed out as I write this blog post. Those updates include an advanced ticketing module for anyone! BluTickets is fully integrated with R2M2 Solutions and can stand alone as a tool to manage your events or ticketed services through and through. Last year we wrapped up so many feature favorites for version 5.0, which included payment profiles, updated front-end calendars, and back end data management.
Needless to say, we are very excited to see what 2023 brings for our team!
